Please bear with me, I understand I can have a Master and Slave controller being used at the same time with my M2P. I know the Master can be used stand alone, but can the Slave be used stand alone and have full functionality while the primary is turned off, i.e, will the Slave work with the Master turned off?

My scenario. I have a M2P and use Moverio B-300 Smart Glasses. I'd lilke to get a Smart controller to use with the same drone, sometime dual controllers, but usually stand alone.

No, the current version (1.8) of the M2P manual doesn't mention this feature anymore, and even in the old manuals DJI is talking about (coming soon ...)

Therefore it is not possible to have 2 RC (Master and Slave) linked to an M2P at the same time.

Maybe DJI is changing their minds in the future, time will tell ....

2-controller operation isn't currently supported on the M2.

On other aircraft I believe master needs to be on, so you'd need to just relink when you change setup (takes seconds anyway).
