M2E Dual Firmware update issue

I just performed the latest firmware update. Now my MSX feature shows only a visible light image. Any ideas?

Have you adjusted the slider control to get the right balance between visible and infrared feeds?

Ah - just thought; are you using ios? If so, the latest firmware doesn't work properly.

On Android (e.g. Smart Controller etc.) it looks like this. . . .



So you can adjust how much of each camera feed is merged together.

There have been other posts about this, and some kind of work-around. Look further down the threads.
