Christmas 2018, just enjoying the winter dreaming of spring.
I thought, could a bit of a genius electronic cat make a devise
for the M-TWO, that would attach on the CG, bottom with a
drop clamp that would be opened by turning ON the Landing
LED lights? (I have my LED's set on the C2 switch.)
So easy to drop a parachutist, or candy or something
relatively light enough for the M2P to handle it?
Just thinking.....
Merry Christmas!!!

The Landing Lights - appear to be of a DIODE type form...
so you may possibly want to Put in a Wire Junction - that would FLIP a switch when the Light were activated.
Like a Relay of sorts. - Or a Miniature TRIAC.
… the amperage to the Landing diodes is very small - so even a transistor switch may be the way to go.

However - You may want to include say a Small battery - to give the switch enough Power to open or close a hook-
Something like a "Fishing line carrier"
… but the new Enterprise drone is designed for peripheral devices - … Maybe that's the way to go -

But nice thought (Seeing DJI was nice enough to include an extra control on the RC - for PRO and zoom)

Egads KOOL, they got at gimbal guard! Sweet!!
Do a mod GG to catch the LL on the M2P...

I guess it’s a device that can be used but if I’m going to be dropping something from my drones I’ll probably use a larger drone than the Mavic series. Say like an Inspire series or one that has a larger payload capacity. It seems to me that this would put a lot of stress on the motors and airframe of the Mavic series.

Do you think it could drop a bottle of cognac for a snow rescue? (g)
