M4P REAR GREEN BLINKING LIGHTS GO OUT DURING VIDEO RECORDING?

Another member, ShonnyRotten, posted some questions earlier and one was, "why do the green flashing lights on the M4P go OFF when you turn on Video Recording?"

So I fired up my drone and sure enough, the green blinking rear lights DO go off when I turn on video recording. what's that all about?? Is this something new in the latest aircraft firmware version 01.00.0300?
