MA abruptly stops after slow forward/backward movement

MA FW: 01.00.0400.

Even after slow movement forward/backward, the MA stops abruptly.
Can this be smooth out with some configuration settings?

Adjust the brake value in settings > advanced > sensitivity. The default is, I think, 130. If you set it lower, braking will be more gradual.

Alternatively, you could use Cinematic Mode to make the quad accelerate and decelerate more smoothly as well without changing the settings.
Be aware of course that by setting a slower stopping speed or using Cinematic Mode, that the quad takes longer to halt, thus increasing the breaking distance. I'd recommend trying a few emergency brakes in the wide open to see how it responds before doing any tight maneuvers.
