I plugged the DJI provided adaptor onto a 65% charged MA2 battery, then attached some test equipment. I started cranking the test load up whilst observing the volt and amp meters.
You may note in the attached pictures that the voltage regulation fails when amperage draw exceeds 2A. I have only one test load, so didn't test both outputs simultaneously.
A phone connected in lieu of the adjustable test load draws only about a half amp.
