Magic vs Phantom 3 stability.

My son has just bought a DJI referb Phantom 3 advanced.
It flys well but when hovering it moves around a bit, not a lot but more than the mavic.
Is this normal for the Phantom 3.
How does it fly compared to the Mavic?

as someone who has a P3Pro and a mavic, let me help you here. the answer is it depends. in zero or light wind, i find my mavic more stable. As it has better sensors and better tracking, it tends to stay in one spot better. however, when the wind picks up, i find that my P3Pro tends to be A LOT more stable. With its extra weight and a lot more powerful motors, along with the shape thats not like a wing like the Mavic, it handles wind a lot better.
