Map has a brown over view shadow

I've got this problem at my home area where I have a brown shadow over my local area in the shape of a square. My area outside this is perfect and clear. I have reinstalled the app thinking that was the problem but it's still the same. Looked in the settings and cannot see anything. I've had this from day 1 so want to get it sorted now, any ideas?

Which platform, on Here maps you can view your area on computer, perhaps there is a problem with that tile.
Some kind of cached bad copy seems more likely.
