Technically, should the Mavic 2 controller with a
accusync 2 work on the Mavic Air 2?

DJI says "No" in their FAQ. So, I'm not sure if technically it should be, but we know it is not.

Apparently it will work with the smart controller pending a firmware update. Not sure how though as it uses the Fly app, not the GO4 app you get on the smart controller.

Umless any of you guys have a Mini and use that Fly app i don't think you are going to care for it. Is hard to read the white as it isn't in the black like the Go app nor is the compass like it is here.
That white is just really hard for me to focus on.
Really wish they would work on it.

The smart controller runs a version of android, so shouldn't be too much trouble to add the Fly app with a firmware update (and should be possible to add even without it).

I had to download DJI Fly 1.1.0 manually as it isn't compatible with the Smart Controller, but it is working fine
