Mavic 2 Enterprise Dual will not record photos/video

Recently my M2ED stopped allowing me to capture photos or video. Live video feed to the controller is fine, but taking a picture or recording a video seems to be disabled in both manual flight and with an autonomous mapping mission.

Several memory cards have been tried and formatted through the DJI controller. I’ve also tried to select record to internal disk. Nothing has worked.

A new firmware update was completed before this issue arose. Most recent firmware for M2ED is installed.

Any thoughts on what I may try? Is there an option to restore factory defaults?

Try logging out of your DJI account an back in.
Seems to me its acting like your now a guest.
