good question....has dji even said they would def add precision landing?....i haven't seen that...i saw that they are looking into it...

I believe it was posted in DJI forum that they will indeed add it. Hopefully also everything else missing that was on the M1P.

No timeframe. Because the device has been out about 2 weeks.

I saw a YouTube video where a guy reached out to DJI and he got a response with them saying the they are gonna add it. So I guess we shall see.

If you read the Mavic 2 manual it actually states that it is coming soon. The more exciting part is that from what I read it appears that this is a new version of Waypoints where you will also be able to define and edit points and POIs within the map window.

short update. The DJI Mavic 2 Firmware Update latest version is v01.00.03.00. This update introduced Waypoints 2.0 and other fixes.

Precision Landing came in the version before the current one (v.01.00.02.00).
