Mavic 2 ND filters available now?

Does anyone have suggestions for a Mavic 2 Pro ND filter set that is reasonably high quality and actually available now? Most of them say September 25 availability.

I might just wait for the DJI or polarpro filters but I would like to start getting meaningful shooting done ASAP. That will require ND filters for my work.

Probably a dumb question, but why do you need filters if you have an adjustable aperture.

Not a dumb question. I need anti-filters for some of my shoots with my DSLR too. Controlling depth of field.
