Mavic 2 Pro and Smart Controller

I hope someone can give me a little insight, it seems some of my videos I take with my M2Pro do not transfer to the Smart Controller and some do. Am I doing something incorrectly? Or is there a setting I am missing? I can retrieve the videos from the SD card on the drone, but can't see them on the SC. I used to be able to grab them from the SC. Thanks

Turn on Cache video
