Mavic 2 Pro - Controller?

I recently purchased a aluminum alloy bracket so I can use my iPad to work in conjunction with the controller. I need a longer cable to connect the iPad to my Mavic controller. Where can I get one?

Literally anywhere, from the local convenience store to Amazon.com.

Amazon will have the best selection of colors and lengths. I find one-foot cables to be the best fit.

I was under the impression that the plug in the controller is square or special?

It is square, but not special. Standard Micro USB fits, there are many post on here about damaging the port due to plugging in upside down, be careful it matters. Post inside port is closer to one side. Thunderdrones had a post/video about it.

edit: I'm assuming that the same port is used on the Mavic 2 as the Mavic 1.

You're better off using the full size USB port on the bottom of the controller.

Try to avoid using the micro USB port for anything except charging. It’s very delicate and there are numerous reports of putting the cable in upside down (it’s almost square) and breaking the ‘tab’ off. If that happens it means a repair or expensive replacement. Use the bottom USB port for your iPad.
OR...I have bought a magnetic charging cable (see eBay or amazon). The cable usb connector is permanently plugged into the controller, leaving just a small protrusion.
The cable for charging then just attached magnetically to the usb connector. Saves plugging and unplugging the connector and risking breaking the usb slot on the controller
