Mavic 2 Pro Drone Rules in KeyWest, Miami and Orlando

I am a tourist traveling to KeyWest, Miami and Orlando next week. What are the drone rules in that area? Also, Does American Airlines let you carry your drone? As a tourist, will I need to register my drone with FAA? Thank you

Yes. Everyone must register before flying anywhere outside in the US.

Yes, Yes, yes. registration. You really need to learn the air space especially if you are going to be flying all over the U.S, and learn and know the drone rules from the FAA website, especially if you do not want to get into any trouble.
The airlines wants your batteries store in lithium battery bag, and not in the drone.
and they must be carried on for safety of the plane while in flight.

Remember Key West is a Island and the airport is on the island. You have the Coast Gaurd on the island as well. Up the keys less than 5 miles is another airport. MILITARY. The flight paths into the keys is typically just a little north of Mallory Square. Have fun, I will be in Key West in January and plan on taking the drone as well.
