So much for cutting through the glue at the top of the channel.
Seems like a heat gun set up this antenna or something.
I was pulling with a small plyer and broke a short piece off.
Will it still be a working antenna?
The antenna within the Left Front Mavic 2 Pro landing gear. First time doing a change out of a bent and cracked unit.
The antenna sits in a channel and is glued up top. But mine was not going to pull out with a small needle nose plier.
Ok. Waiting on the part still. Really a small piece broke off at the top. But I was miffed at it bcuz it was not budging eaven as I ripped apart the channel as I went.
Odd. The landing legs that I have had apart, the antenna panel slid right out. It is possible to change out just the leg itself, but the hard part is the indicator light. The small dark light cover needs to come out first. Behind that cover hides a small phillips screw. Not much wire in that area for moving the leg around. There should be some silicone type glue DJI uses to hold the two sets of wires in place just between the motor and the leg itself. Tricky!
This procedure is much easier if the entire arm is completely removed from the aircraft.
