I am not a prospective customer but three things strike me
1) no gimbal cover shown or mentioned, which makes me wonder if it has been lost and if so how has the drone been stored.
2) the joysticks being attached to their gimbals, given 1) I am wondering if the controller has been stored with the joysticks attached to their gimbals.
3) at the end of the video, after the boot dance, the gimbal appears to have tilt/roll relative to the drone's body.

Since you are paying the postage, what are your range limits? Bear in mind this is an international forum.

Thank you for the feedback, I appreciate this as it helps me provide better posts.
Please see the attached photos that show the storage that the controller is placed in as well as the lowepro drone backpack I store the entire kit in.
I forgot to show photos of the gimbal holder I always used when storing the Mavic, because if I remember correctly the one it came with was horrible. Not sure about the tilt\roll but I have not noticed any issues with the horizon not being level. I edit a ton of videos from handheld to gimbal work and correct horizon issues in post to be honest.
I updated the range limits as well.
Thanks for the feedback.

I have some interest, but I have a couple horrible experiences buying used drones from people remotely....when I could not do a test flight. Two different times I spent $$$ only to have the drone not fly - no activation, DJI determined lost/stolen, etc. Then a big fight trying to get $ back.
I am interested in seeing the video that is referenced above, but I don't see any video? Maybe I am looking in wrong place.
DiammondDog -- any thoughts on how to allay my concerns? Not sure how to do a test flight with me in IL and you in TX. Thoughts?

Is it bad to store the joysticks attached? That's how I have stored mine.

Golf8700, Thanks for reaching out. Here is what I can do to help answer your questions. I have a ton of camera gear I use for personal and client work and I can record the drone taking off, in flight or whatever you would like to see from it. Just send me a list of what you would like and I will record it and upload it to my YouTube channel for you to review. below is the link to the video mentioned above. If you do want me to record the drone flying I can do it as soon as I get off work.

I don't like the idea because something could easily press on the tip of the sticks and try to push the gimbals into the body of the controller. Most of those small cases offer minimal protection against that sort of squashing.
That's just my opinion but why risk it, the sticks are made detachable for a reason and it takes only a few seconds to attach and detach them.

That makes sense. I store mine in a hard case with form inserts, nothing is pressing on the sticks.

The Mavic Pro controller did not have removeable joy sticks - I never had a problem.

There are 3D printed screen and joystick covers for the M2P and Z controller available on EBay- they work very well. This one from B&H is not 3-D printed but it works well but you’ll have to come up with a Velcro attachment though.
