Mavic 2 Pro NOT taking pictures

Has anyone experienced their Mavic 2 Pro NOT taking pictures? The drone will make the shutter sound, the lights will blink, but the pic will not save in the cache, sd card, or internal storage. Videos work fine. I used the DJI Go 4 app on the Note 9, and my iPad. Same thing. The only difference between the two was that the Note 9 would NOT make a shutter sound. Any thoughts? Thanks for your help!!!!

when you are on main screen of DJIGO4 and have a SD card in the drone and have your storage set to SD card, does the app show how many images are remaining. If so it’s seeing the card and recognizes the size. If showing the correct info something must be wrong with the camera and it needs to go back. You also might try a different card.

Are you set to the internal storage and it’s full? Only holds 8 Gb and that will fill up fast.

Where are you storing videos on cache or SD card ?

Try resetting the camera settings in DJI GO (while the Mavic is connected to DJI GO).

Make sure you have your settings to automatically clear cache

More than three years later and the advice is still good! Solved my problem also!
