New to the forums here, and have a few questions please.
1. Anyone else get horribly overexposed video when downloading directly from the SD card? It looks fine when I download it through the Go app.
2. When I go to a Quickshot video in the Go app, I can download it to the Photos app in one of three ways. The first is to tap on “Download original video”. The second and third (accessed from the download icon on the bottom left) are “Unprocessed footage” and “Processed footage”. What is the difference between “Download original video” and “Unprocessed footage”? The first takes a while to save to my phone and requires that I be connect to my Mavic, while the second happens fast. I can’t tell the difference between the two by looking at the metadata using a 3rd party app. Original downloaded video gets a little “original” badge in the Go app. Both video types look the same in the Photos app. Of course there is no documentation by DJI I can find.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
