Mavic 3 and DJI RC 2

Hard to tell; we just don't know the DJI secret sauce. Going to be pretty tough for DJI to keep making RC and RC2 at the same time; seems like such a waste.

If it's not possible, I would do something that DJI probably hasn't done before which is migrate to RC2a and stop selling (not shipping) RC2.

Do you guys think they will make a firmware to have the DJI RC 2 work with the Mavic 3 drones?
I've repeatedly raised the issue with Shenzen and California DJI to upgrade FW so that font size for various on screen tools and messages could be variable...as most other laptops, tablets, computers permit in the known world. The font size is simply untenable in some situations and a safety hazard.

anything in the works?
Negative, at least that's been shared. And if DJIs track record is an evidence, it's unlikely it will be. If I were a betting man, I'd say we'll get an RC Pro 2 when the Mavic 4 gets released in the future. Then rinse and repeat... planned obsolescence.

Unfortumately not. The funny thing is that i sent am email to all known fcc sites and they did not answer at all.

Yes, I agree that it is a very different technology. However, if a remote control like RC-N1 can work with the ocusync 3+ system, I think it would not be right to say that it is not possible.

Yeah, I think it comes down to the different Occusync protocols. Not holding my breath the RC2 will ever be compatible.
