Mavic 3 classic battery not coming out of hibernation.

Just came today. New Mavic 3 classic. The battery that came with it is not coming out of hibernation. It’s been charging for 4 hours. What am I missing?

How do I wake up my DJI battery from hibernation?

You cannot use a third party charger for this:
It is important NOT to alter the sequence :

1. Switch on battery - ignore what happens with lights etc.
2. LEAVE IT ALONE for at least 5 minutes.
3. Do NOT touch power button - plug into DJI Charger.
4. LEAVE IT ALONE .. it may be hours before it wakes up ... DON'T TOUCH IT !

If you touch it early you will have to start over be patient.-Do NOT touch!

If it doesn’t come out, then there’s an issue with it.

It had no power lights at all. None

There are other ways BUT If its under warranty and the above didn't work I would send it to DJI for replacement they are very good about these things.

I dont know how many drones I have purchased but none of them ever had a Battery Problem or Hiberation.
the most I would give any battery is 30 mintues and if after I Double Press the Power Button to turn it on , I would be done .

One thing I do that I never really think about is Charge every Battery from the Drone itself rather than from the Battery Charger, but thats just me so If i have an update im ready to fly and than start to use the charger.
