How much do you have left in % after 35min? I get nervous when I get the low battery warning which happens at around 25 min mark and land soon after. I never got to 30 min, let alone 33 or 35.

I start with 100% and land at between 5% and 10% remaining battery, but it is a circuit flight that I've been flying for close to 10 years in all weather and wind conditions, so I know my flight times at each "waypoint" and can cut off a corner if I dawdled too long along the route. I am also constantly monitoring the remaining distance to home and the remaining displayed flight time, and use 30mph for the speed, so an easy calculation of 2 minutes per mile, even though N speed is 33 mph, so it gives me a buffer. I'm usually flying home in a 10mph tailwind, too.

5% is my "You should be on the ground" Mark...... at 10% I am headed to the pad.

My average flight time is just over 18 minutes. In warm weather I will land between 20 to 30% battery remaining. I rarely go lower than 20%. In winter I will land between 30 to 40% battery but usually closer to 40%. Right now our daytime temperatures are below -10ºC and will be staying like that for the next little while so keeping flights short is good for the battery and for me.
