Mavic 3 Startup characteristics with latest update

After startup routine when I tap "go fly" the control is in "Normal" mode in the top left of the display even thought the control button is set on "cine".
If I push the control selector to "normal" and then back to "cine" it will indicate "cine" in the upper left of the display.

Does the control always start in "normal" mode ?

My understanding is that no matter what selection the physical switch is set to, that take-off is always in normal mode. Until you move the selector.

I thought I had read that but after the updates I was unsure.

I had another controller update this evening.

At startup, it will always be in N mode, regardless of the hardware button selected mode.
