Mavic 3 update, its been a while.

[td]I am hesitant to update but fear im missing some features and fixes. I am using the FCC hack as well, so i don't want to loose that or have issues rolling back to old versions.
Anyone have some insight or recently updated with the FCC hack working a-ok?


Current Aircraft version: V01.00.1200
Available Update version: V01.00.1500

Current RC version: V01.03.0500
Available Update RC: V01.03.1800


Any insight would be appreciated.

It depends which FCC-hack you use, there are several available.
Drone-hacks for example, is compatible with firmware .1500 , but if you use another hack you must ask them directly.
Generally it is not advised to update a hacked firmware. What exactly is it you need in the new firmware that is not in the one you have?

I'm using the one from telegram, I'll have to research a little and ask him.
Im mainly interested to know if there's been any real changes with the Mavic 3 software and or features.

Tracking in night mode would be very useful, I'm sure there must have been some, even minor, features added with the release of some of the newer smaller drones..

Just to make sure, are you using the fcc hack via patching the RC (djifcc.exe file launch), correct?

If so, DO NOT update te RC to higher version than .1200. After update to .1200 you have to reapply the patch. There might be some additional steps as well to make the patch work (you will find the process on Youtube).

I am using RC Pro (fcc-ed) with Mavic 3 v1.00.1500 and it works fine (as fcc mod is in the RC not the Mavic fw). The Flyapp however must be max. version 1.13.9.

Thanks for this. Yes the djifcc mod is what i have.
I'll give it a bash, no work coming up in the next few days, so have time to tinker.
