It was shipped from B&H photo to my home 30 days ago and is still in the shipping box as I never opened it. Local pick up is what I'm hoping for because of shipping and PayPal fees. If you need photos let me know but the shipping box has no damage, etc... It still has the original sealed B&H shipping tape for peace of mind.

okay I will return it then! thanks! No warranty from DJI I bet.
Any warranty from DJI is moot because of no DJI inventory in the U.S.
Send it back, since you already obtained the RMS shipping label within the 30 days.

Amazon has the Mavic 4 Creator Combo with RC Pro2 controller for $3999. From Smart Fly Gear, shipped by Amazon.

This Amazon Marketplace Seller has 35 one star reviews since May 25th.
Beware!

That's not Amazon LLC.
Smart Fly Gear is a very sketchy merchant with horrible Critical Reviews. 35 one star reviews in the last 5 months..

"Shipped by Amazon" when Amazon has no stock from the seller is definitely not the same as 2 day Prime, and may also be different than "Fulfilled by Amazon."
Clearly, the order is being fulfilled by the seller, not Amazon, who is only delivering it for the final leg, assuming Amazon ever receives it. However, it appears Amazon is allowing 30 day refunds by returning it to Amazon, rather than having to return it to the seller under the worthless A to Z Guarantee.

Anybody want to be the guinea pig?

With a 4.8 overall rating? I've had no experience with this seller, but their record on Amazon looks very good.

Almost all those recent one-star reviews have this note "Message from Amazon: This item was fulfilled by Amazon, and we take responsibility for this fulfillment experience." It seems Amazon is taking the blame, not the seller.

With DJI being more difficult to be had, buyer beware, don't let your emotional wants block out your Logic.

Just received my M4Pro Creator Combo from Drone-Works in Florida ( They're Good ) cleared Customs this past week, I ordered on the 8th and received it today, so it took awhile to get here. One has to be patient and understand the current situation at hand.

Why are orders from FL to NJ clearing "customs?" Did D-W have to order from overseas for you; do you know from where?

They have 1/3 very bad reviews.

I see where the confusion arises. The same Amazon listing now shows GBShop1 as the seller.

I don't have any experience with that seller or the previous one, and I'm not endorsing either. GBShop1's reviews are very good. 96% are four or five stars. Only 4% are one or two stars. It's their ratings that appear in post #7.

But even Smart Fly Gear's ratings in post #4 were very good. Amazon took ownership of almost all the recent one-star ratings noted.

IDK, but all the drones are coming in from overseas anyway, so they have to get cleared at some point in time.
same as B&H, Adorama, etc.etc.

I still can't figure out if this is a scam or not. But it's a good deal if you want to purchase the warranty also.
Technically it's not a warranty but it might be a distinction without a difference. Usually with service plans there are exceptions, deductibles, caps, and other subtle limits. Just be sure to read and understand the terms since they cover drones and whole lot more *and* they don't seem to have the best rating:

When you buy from B&H or Adorama, the package comes to your home address from NY (not China or Canada or anywhere else) so buyers can order with no worries about customs, tariffs, or fees. Based on the price on D-W website, it appears to include a substantial markup so perhaps they are paying the fees for drones they get from overseas which minimizes the risk to the buyer. This appears to be the case from their website verbiage where they claim they have inventory. Hopefully they aren't ordering from China on your behalf and passing along shipping details from China to the buyer's address unless you agree.
