MAVIC ADVICE

Accept my apology ahead of time. I've been out of the loop for the last year and I'm looking for guidance. I've been perusing the forum and have a couple questions before I make my purchase.
1. Is there a camera issue with the Mavic Pro? Particularly dark spots on footage/pics? If so, has this problem been resolved or is this only been reported in a limited number of Mavics?
2. Is there speculation of a newer Mavic being released?
3. Would you purchase your Mavic again?
I've had several Phantoms, looking for something different.

Hello, my model is produced in the first half of November 2016 and I'm more than satisfied!
1) Excellent and sharp camera at all angles
2) Right now, no, but in the near future surely
3) Yes, with conviction

1. Mine was a late October, early November delivery and went back about 2 months ago due to a gimbal problem, the camera if fine but see 3.
2. They'll always be a new model around the corner!
3. Probably not, I would seriously consider a spark for when I do not want to draw attention or want something portable and a Phantom 4 Pro or Advanced for that 1 inch camera sensor, the Mavic camera is a ok but produces muddy results under certain conditions or subjects.

I'm very tedious about the sharpness of the photos and videos, for camera settings I leave the same factory because I fully enjoy and use the Polar pro NDP filters.
I shoot photos in DNG mode and are perfectly clear. Videos are also being manipulated in FCPX
I've seen photo and video of pilots complaining of sharpness and blur issues, I'm not telling you how this happens, maybe from the settings they make in the camera
