Why is the mavic air 1 startup sound so strange compared to the other dji drones?

Yes i mean that it is so strange, it is so high pitched, i think it is because of the motors design, i think that the sound is generated by the motors vibrating right?

I was talking about the tone sound not the twitch of the motors which is a similar muted sound for all my drones

I think someone is pulling your leg. Has nothing to do with the motors.
Some time ago, there was a firmware update on the mavic pro that fowled up the startup sound. Took a few updates before they got it straightened out.

No it’s not the motors that make the sound.
my bro has a Phantom 4 and it sounds much louder then my Mavic Air.

I have made drones using normal ESCs, they sound everytime you power them. Definately it's ESC sound but generated through motor vibration
