Is there any way to turn these off and on in DJI fly app, As it would be nice to use these as NAV lights, if one of them can be changed to green.

Thanks

Nope, there are currently no option to change it in the Fly app. It may or may not be added at a later date, it depends on the product roadmap on what features will be unleashed.

If you need them off, just put a piece of black gaffers tape over them, it will block light and gaffers tape leave no residue behind when removed.

As far as I've been able to discover, the front LEDs are on all the time unless you're recording, in which case they go off (presumably to prevent any possible glare on your video).

It seems a little silly to have all of these lights and not be able to set them up as nautical-style navigation lights. Barring that, do they even have a purpose?

If it’s early in the morning or late in the evening and a pilot saw red lights, he would immediately know you’re a danger heading towards him.

The stock lights are not suitable for navigation lights.

Invest in small lightweight strobes that have a three mile visibility rating.

If anything else, you do have the landing light on the bottom that you can activate during flight.

It's not much but it's better than nothing when trying to keep an eye on the aircraft.
