Mavic Air 2 Gimbal Overloaded (Second Flight)

I flew once without any error messages, then when I got to location number two I flew for about 3 minutes before getting a gimbal overloaded message. I tried recalibrating the gimbal and using air in the joints. I attempted another flight, which was going well, until I noticed the horizon was the slightest bit off... Just as I noticed this, the gimbal overloaded message appeared again.

I really don't want to have to send this back right now with all the craziness going on.

Maybe BB exchange?

ALSO: I have attempted to pull the data off my SD card but I keep getting an error message. Using mp4 or MOV my Windows Media Player says something about a sound device not being installed...

I don't care about sound from my drone videos, is there a way to disable this?

dont be mistaken though, this drone is amazing besides the above mentioned points

Just so everybody knows here's the latest:

I called BB and DJI today.

BB said no replacement until AT LEAST May 29th.

DJI had me turn the drone on with gimbal cover removed and SD card out. They did something on their side, then I was asked to turn it off and back on, do a gimbal calibration, then off again, on again, do an IMU cal and Compass cal, then test flight.

the 6 minute test flight went superb. Another test soon

EDIT: things are NOT fixed

Sad buyers have to go through that after all it takes and money to get the drone,hope you get it working

Looked really good until the wobbly video started, hope there is a fix without returning I wish you luck , still fu... sad for anyone to have to deal with something like that, I would be mortified
