Mavic air 2 issue help needed.

Every time I try setting up the Mavic air 2 I get this error and stops me in my tracks.

welcome to the forum ,at certain times of the day the internet is becoming swamped due to the number of people that are using it during lockdown ,i have found the best time to do stuff like this is early morning or late at night ,

Thanks I will keep trying, it’s frustrating having waited for this to arrive and now can’t use it.

One thing you can try: if you are using WiFi, try turning it off on your phone and using cell data instead. (or the opposite, if you were trying cell data, enable WiFi). This might help if there is a network issue during activation.

Thanks I have tried that with no luck, was worth trying though.

Hi, I just saw a youtube video of a German guy, having also activation issues and errors. It turns out to be that the error code he received is the code for 'stolen aircraft'
Because it was a brand new MA2 he contacted DJI and the solution is that he has to send te drone back to DJI and he will receive a new one. This isthe video:

Unfortunately it is in German language but perhaps using the youtube translate and subtitle function will help
