Mavic Air 2 Map detail display when offline

This may be a very basic question but.. How can I display map detail (either satellite or contour view) when I have no online data connection while flying. I see home point and drone location but no map detail.
I can do it with Litchi and my old Mavic Pro but not the same way with my Mavic Air 2.

While you have a data connection, open the fly app, and position the map in the area that you want to fly.
Then, leave the app open until you get there and start flying.
