Mavic air 2

Welcome to Mavic Pilots! :) Enjoy the forum! Thumbswayup
There are a few ways, however, I would read thru the forum mod section to get the best solution for your setup.

Hello from the Crossroads of America rwade75.

If you haven't done it yet, swing by the FAA and register.

Then take the TRUST test to have a copy with you when you fly.

New to Drones would like to know best way to extend the range of my remote for Mavic air 2

You might try something like these.

Do your research because I think they come in two different frequencies. 5.8 and 2.4. 🤔

Good luck and welcome to the Forum.

Welcome to the forum.
I hope you will find our site helpful and look forward to any input , photo's/video's you might post .
Don't be shy and ask anything if you can't find it by searching .Thumbswayup

Miles isn't enough range?

Seriously, if you are having range issues you need to fly in a safer location. Buildings, trees, areas with lots of WiFi like apartments, all reduce range. Also, GPS is essential, never fly without your home point set.

Thank You. I just registered Drone and pass Trust test. Thanks Again

Welcome to the forum. We look forward to your participation and your view of the world.

Yep. I have both 5.8 & 2.4 frequencies for my MA2. Yagi is the brand to look for. Plenty of YouTubes on them. Basically the 5.8ghz is better at maintaining signal strength more than distance in built up areas. The 2.4ghz is better for added range in non built up areas.
