I have searched the forum and haven't seen this issue I'm having with my Mavic Air 3S. As I'm flying along at an altitude of say 120 feet my drone will start to rise on it's own. I'm not touching the control stick when this occurs. It happens each time I fly no matter how high I'm flying when it will start to rise on it's own. I just updated the firmware a day ago and never had this issue with my Mavic 2 Pro or Zoom. I'm not sure if it is a setting I need to change. Thanks for any help on this subject.

"Start to rise" isn't very descriptive. Does it actually climb and continue to climb? How fast does it climb? How long does the climb continue? Did it stop climbing on its own, or did you have to command a descent?

One of the generous folks on the forum would probably be willing to look at the flight log if you upload it.

Could you upload one of those flight logs here and share the link back here?

It rises on it's own slowly without me giving it a comment other than flying straight. I doesn't hold the altitude if I let go of the left stick and I've calibrated the sticks on my controller the first time I noticed that happening. I've never had an issue with either the Spark or when I had my Mavic 2 Pro and Zoom of holding the altitude when just using the right stick to fly forward.

There should be some indication of what's happening in the flight log data. Take a look or share it here if you'd like help reviewing it.

Have you tried a controller calibration? It may be that your Hall effect joystick is registering slight input in the throttle direction even while the stick is centred. I've heard of drones 'drifting' left or right during forward flight for exactly the same reason.

Addendum
If you open the controller calibration screen, you may see the graphic registering a slight amount of green on the left stick 'up' bar before you begin any calibration. That's the reason it was suggested.

I will try that, thank you for the heads up.
