Problem?
Used the asteroid feature, flight was performing as expected until the drone erratically flew right instead of following its usual straight line from the actively tracked target and then straight in to a building with no obstacle avoidance or anything of that nature.
I've done quite a few Asteroids and never had any issue with them, so this one has really surprised me, any help or guidance would be vastly appreciated.
Was unit in a crash?
Yes - resulting in damage to 3 of the motor arms, the gimbal and props.
What have you tried so far?
I've spoken with DJI Customer Service - but would appreciate some more guidance.
What device are you using ( iphone , ipad, Samsung , etc)?
Samsung S8
What firmware are you running ( aircraft, remote controller)?
Latest on both devices.
What Go app version are you using?
DJI GO 4 - latest also.
Any modification? (if so what)
Stock unit
Did you change anything or install any apps? (if so what)
No.
