Apparently you have applied and tightened the lens in a really damp environment. Remove the front lens (unscrew carefully), wipe all dry (wet wipes used for applying screen protectors onto phone displays work great) and reapply the lens in air that is drier, e.g. under an AC that's blasting chilled air. Tighten the lens. This should trap drier air in-between the lens and the camera.
If the moisture is forming on the outside of the lens you can try applying a car-windscreen anti-fogging coating, they're not expensive.
