Mavic Air Gimbal and forward sensor errors

Problem?
The gimbal y axis and the forward sensors do not work. Gimbal reporting an overload error. Vision sensors reporting errors.

Was unit in a crash?
No

What have you tried so far?
Rebooting, resitting, battery swaps.

What device are you using ( iphone , ipad, Samsung , etc)?
iPad Mini 4

What firmware are you running ( aircraft, remote controller)?
Aircraft: V01.00.0400

What Go app version are you using?
4.2.21 (3149)

Any modification? (if so what)
No
Did you change anything or install any apps? (if so what)
No

I was flying my Mavic Air the other day and after a battery swap. I got these errors. Now the gimbal y axis doesn't work and apparently the forward sensors do not as well.
After years of owning and flying DJI products I guess I will finally have to deal with tech support, and maybe warranty (hope its covered).

At least I still have my Mavic Pro to fly. Nearly 2 years old nearly 500 flights and still going strong.

DJI told me to fill out a return/repair request.
I did another gimbal calibration and now my gimbal is working. I'm flying with out front Obstacle avoidance. 20 years of flying RC Helicopters has giving me practice on not flying into things.... not that I don't occasionally, but it seems to happen less and less the more I fly

I talked to Rob at thunderdrones and He said that the problem could be the MVP needs calibration in DJI assistant 2. So I tried that but can not connect to the drone. I get a problem with the device driver libusb-win32 devices
vision(interface 3)
yellow triangle. So now what to do? I updated the device firmware.
