Mavic Air Imposible crash

This happen to me 2 months ago, I flew my mavic air in vietnam, the weather was great, anything was great, i flew my mavic air about 600m far and then the aircraft disconnects I expected it to reconnect but it doesn't. The aircraft return to my home, I saw it in front of me, I can't do anything I try to reboot the remote the app etc it's still can't reconnect, it's hovering in the air about 5 minutes then it's crash to another people house because the wind, I got my drone back with some small normal scratches. I fly normal again with no problem occur. I want to ask, it's my fault or my drone fault. I updated the lasted firmware before I fly. If this a drone error, Im I able to replace the aircraft? my air work fine now, I update lasted firmware, the mavic still doing its job well. Also am I able to replace this upper shell? it's have some scratches. The flightlog I will post soon

I would bet there was strong WiFi interference

Check the flight logs. DJI keeps logs down to the toggles position on the RC. If the drone crashes without being connected it obviously didn't crash from your error. DJI could replace it if the logs prove it wasn't your fault. I've seen DJI do this before. But your drone you said is fine.

Check the flight logs. DJI keeps logs down to the toggles position on the RC. If the drone crashes without being connected it obviously didn't crash from your error. DJI could replace it if the logs prove it wasn't your fault. I've seen DJI do this before. But your drone you said is fine.

I live in canada, are there any DJI store in canada? It's not very fine actually, the rear leg scratches it's self, the front leg it's not equal compares to the left front leg. But it still fly perfectly. The Leg fold when it's crashed. Also how do I upload my flight log ? thanks for your help

Not sure as I never done it before. DJI can help. Call them and see what they do. Sorry for not being of more help.

I have a Dji spark too, I do the same thing the spark disconnect after 2 second it reconnected and auto flying back to my position, I don't expect my mavic to have this problem.
