Mavic Air -Problem

Mavic Air is not taking off, please somebody can help me with this issue, About a month ago I downloaded the last firmware and I replace the motor, the battery , I don't know what to do. Thanks for your help

You;ll need to provide more info. Things like: why did you replace the motor? Was the drone in a crash? Have you flown it since the crash (if any) and before the update? Any information on the controller display, etc.?

Yes, I replaced the motor because I blocked it, but it works several times after changing it, but when I loaded the latest firmware I started doing it, Thank you so much for you help

Hi. I would start there then. Find out how you do a full firmware reinstall and don’t switch anything off while doing it.
