Mavic air range test video

First, I want to point out that this isn't me. The video just showed up in my YouTube feed today.

It was pretty clear what happened even before he knew he was in trouble-- you could see it in his speed and the ripples in the water. Rookie error -- flying half your flight on the downwind leg. But it does look like he'll be able to recover it if he gets a boat.

That was tense. Felt bad for the guy, glad he got it back.

That was fun to watch, and his follow up video shows the recovery. Nice little distance test, with piloting tips to remember.
