Is this my fault? Would this be covered under travel insurance or warranty? I also have the video with error messages when is was about to crash.

Reading your post is hurting my head. If you could share the actual flight log we could possibly assist you. The video will not help with this. I will say however that some things listed in your post may point to an IMU failure.

Sorry english isn't my first language and I thought that was the flight log?Thats copied and pasted from the latest .dat flightlog file.

Go to DJI Flight Log Viewer | Phantom Help
Follow the instructions there to upload your flight record from your phone or tablet.
That will give you a detailed report on the flight data.
Come back and post a link to the report it gives you.

Not quite ... it's from flight that lasted 2 minutes and never went higher than 7 ft.
It had no GPS so there's no position or speed data.
