Mavic Air serial number

Hi all,

I crashed my Mavic air and cannot recover it and I need my serial number for insurance purposes. Is there any way I can get the serial number from the controller (connected to either an iPad or iPhone)?

It might be on the box the drone came in.

I downloaded ‘dji store’ apps some time back.
And realized after u log in your account, u will find ur drone s/n under ‘my devices’.
They even updated the replacement drone s/n they sent me. So i have 2 devices with s/n in it. Good luck [emoji1360]

It might be on the box the drone came in.

In addition to that, the fabric carrying case it came with (the small one that just holds the aircraft, not the larger one that's included with the Fly More kit) has a sticker with the SN on it.

Sorry to hear.

It may not help but check your photos. I always have photos of serial numbers of devices and back them up to the cloud.

Perhaps this can be a tip for others.
