Mavic Air turns on but won't lift off?

A little help please. Mavic Air was flying great. caught it in the hand and it pulled away so I turned it sideways to shut off...... Now when I start her up she turns on props spin but won't lift off... I fell like she needs to be reset or something.

Nope, everything seams perfect. locks home point and is ready to fly.

Definitely follow @swooshdave's advice and calibrate the IMU.

It was easy to guess what it was when you said you turned it on it’s side.

I’m not a big fan of the hand catching. I know it looks cool but the drone wasn’t designed for it.

I hand catch 100% of the time and it is perfectly safe; just never flip it over. That is just bad form.

What do you do to shut the props off?

Keep pushing the throttle stick down for a few more seconds the motors will shut down on their own. If the it is a calm day, you can actually land the Air on your palm which is pretty neat
