Hi folks, a specialist supplier in the UK (unfortunately not close to where I live) insists that the Mavic Air CAN be used with DJI FPV goggles whilst DJI themselves say it can't - has anyone connected the two successfully? If so, could you post the precise method as it's not covered in the manuals. Thanks !!

@Freediver, this is how I connect the Mavic Air to my goggles.

Thanks LoganAir (cool handle). I’ve tried the method you indicated but it doesn’t work for me. I’m using the DGI FPV goggles - is yours the type in the illustration as I think they’re the ‘DGI’ (or ‘DGI RE’), photo attached to illustrate 53CE0FF7-AF50-48F6-838D-AEE752F3B41C.jpeg

Apologies Freediver, I incorrectly assumed you were referencing the DJI standard white or black goggles. I've thoroughly enjoyed the white goggles with the Mavic Air. I'm not so sure about these specialized Digital FPV racing goggles, but everything I've read thus far indicates they are not compatible with the Air, which includes the DJI FAQ section for the actual FPV product. I'm sure someone that owns these will come along and clarify this for both of us. Again, sorry I could not assist.

No problem and your reply is much appreciated as it further confirms my own research and wasted time tinkering around with wired/wireless connections etc. Even resorted to whirling a dead cat in a circle over my head and whistling loudly to invoke the drone gods. Didn't work.

I've booked a call-back from the supplier (the one who stated the Mavic Air and DJI FPV goggles could be connected) to try and sort it out - if they can't talk me through it to the point of success I'm going to return the DJI FPV goggles and get the ones you're using.

Thank you :)
