Can't connect DJI Fly app to FPV

Hi!

Apologies for mentioning the FPV (!) but given it could be an app issue and the greater audience, I thought I'd try here first...

I can link the FPV, goggles and controller just fine, no issues there.

But I'm really struggling to connect the DJI Fly app to the FPV, and have no way of updating the Flysafe database. This wouldn't be a problem tbh, but this thing has obviously been sat on a shelf in a warehouse for so long that it still has all the restrictions and geofences around 'advisory' areas, and I need to update the database to unlock them all.

The FPV is in linking mode, everything's connected and the phone is connected to the Integra goggles via the USB C cable, but no prompts are appearing in the app (latest version).

Any idea where I'm going wrong? Do I need GPS/home point set for it to work?!
