Hi all,

I have just bought a mavic air drone. I can not sign in or sign up on the app. it either says email in use or sign in failed, this cant be true as i have just made an email specific for this drone. as anyone experienced this before and can help... thanks guys
 
I guess it depends on the app, what app would you be referring to (and where did you get that app from)?

If the email is already in use, reset the password and go with it, I guess.
 
I am using the DJI go 4 app. I cant reset or even make a new email without being told it is in use or invalid. How do i fix this...

From where did you download the app?
I know of only two places where the genuine Go4 app is available.

I suggest you uninstall the app
then
connect the phone to a computer, via USB, and use the computer to browse/explore the phone's file system and delete the dji.go.v4 folder, which will be found in the DJI folder.
Then reinstall the app, that might get around the
"I cant reset or even make a new email without being told it is in use or invalid."
problem.
