Mavic flying erratically in litchi vr mode?

Apparently litchi sent a warning out saying that Mavics inspires and phantoms will behave erratically in vr mode and other certain other modes. The only reason I purchased litchi is for vr capability.
Does anyone know if this is still a problem or is it resolved?

Firmware on rc and Bird needs to be at 400. The last update 500 from DJI screwed some stuff up. Until DJI fixes it stick with 400. I use litchi with no issues.
