So my good lady is an avid reader. She piles through books at quite a rate and she has a monthly Waterstones budget!
Somewhat naively I didn't realise we don't have really have a book collection, so I asked her where they go (we should have lots) , and she told me what she does.....she writes alittle note inside the cover and her thoughts on the book and leaves it on a bus or a train/tube for example.
Very selfless I think, considering they are basically new books that I ve paid for .
So I ve started a twitter for her , when she's finished she ll send me a photo and where's she left it and I ll put out a tweet.
I m sure it ll start slowly but with the word out there you never know it, it d make her day to hear from someone who found something she d left. She travels far and wide with work so they really could end up anywhere.
