Just came back from the Maldives, unbelievable water:

Btw, drones are not forbidden by law in the Maldives, but most resort will not allow you to fly due to guest privacy. I did fly, just very early in the morning and not above rooms.

Wow, looks like you should of shared them with the resort and been comped a few nights for some fabulous shots of the resort! Real nice photos!

Can you please upload the actual video of the flight? I hate pictures... the Drone is a Video Camera on steroids. I prefer to see it in action[emoji1417]

I digged a little more into the Madives drone rules & they make a lot of sense

It just seems to take time to obtain as:
- you first need an approval from the private owner (when applicable)
- then a permission from the ministry of defense
- then a permission from the CAA

I've summed it all here for an easier read
