Mavic Kaput after upgrade

I upgraded to the new firmware the other day and it got hung up mid download, the gimbal started to jump around and I forced off the drone battery. and ran down the aircraft battery. I charged up all batteries and restarted all and finished the download without trouble.

Today, I fired up the unit at home before heading to a shoot and the gimbal started jumping around, the onboard fan did not start and the aircraft got very warm and I got a warning. Any ideas?????

Can you try plugging it in to your computer and try updating again with DJI Assistant 2?

Just got off the phone with support: unfixable, replacement on the way. Dang.

They just sending you a new one without sending old one in first?

Good question. For $79 I get advanced replacement. Worth it to me because I plan to fly my Mavic here and there as I drive thru the Florida Keys next week on my way to Fantasy Fest.
