Mavic loses ability to record and take pictures while flying

Hey guys, so i'm new here. First post actually.
I got the mavic, and I've noticed that sometimes when i'm flying it will randomly stop video recording, and it will not allow me to switch from Video or Regular Pics. in fact the ISO, Shutter, etc.. All says N/A

It only resets when the aircraft lands, and I cycle the power.

I'm not sure what is happening, but it is annoying. Any clues?

I've only noticed it happening while in the air. I will try formatting the card!

I have had the same problem, I guess you sometimes will get "SD Card Error" in the display too. I got my first Mavic replaced because of this.
In short:
1. Format sd card
2. Try another card
3. Contact DJI or seller for repair or exchange.

This sounds like the random recording stopping issue. I've tried all sorts to stop it. I first thought making sure the card was formatted was a key factor. I've since found that makes no difference and the thing can still randomly stop recording.

Not sure what the solution is...

I had a similar problem with a brand new SanDisk Ultra where it would only record for like 20 seconds at a time I tried formatting it a few times but no go. Turned out to be a bad card. -CF
